I really hate those long manuals (which nobody ever really reads) on writing; we bought my son’s college books, and I know he’ll probably never crack his English 101 handbook, which is over 400 pages of tips and grammar, etc. This is perfect because it’s so short at just 30 or so pages of advice for any high schooler needing a quick crash-course in writing. It’s easy to read and follow, so I think it might be more of a success than the other books out there.

This gives lots of practical advice for writing a paper. You can read this in under thirty minutes. It really helps to understand how to write the hardest and most confusing parts like thesis statements, introductions, and conclusions. Unlike longer guides, it’s super short, around 30 or so pages. I am recommending it to all my friends.
